- NABL Accreditation: Our centralized laboratory is NABL Accredited, and follows stringent quality management norms with delta checks, assurances and internal testing.
- Dry Chemistry Based Technologies: Unlike most other leading NABL Accredited Pathology Labs in Lucknow, SIDC uses Dry Chemistry in most of its testing. Dry Chemistry is the most advanced technology from USA on a fully automated biochemistry platform giving quick, reliable, accurate, and consistent patient results. Clinicians rely on it to treat for better patient outcomes. It does not require external interventions like usage of a high amount of water or washing that eliminates these elements as potential sources of error. It uses a single disposable slide for every test with unique multi-layered Dry Slide Technology producing better precision & accuracy. It's main downside is that Dry chemistry has a higher cost and thus is more expensive to run, but at SIDC, we believe in serving the best, providing quality and world-class service at an affordable price ethically.
- Robotic Lab Automation: The implementation of VITROS Automation Solution for achieving Robotic Total Lab Automation for automated sample transfer between equipment, along with an automated decapper and conveyor belt (track automation), significantly mitigates human intervention in the lab further bolstering quality in processes.

TP53 Gene Mutation
The test analyses genetic alterations in the TP53 gene, which plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth and preventing tumor formation. Mutations in this gene are linked to an increased risk of various cancers and can inform personalised treatment strategies.
Adenovirus Antigen
The Adenovirus Antigen test detects the presence of adenovirus proteins in a sample, typically from the respiratory tract. It helps identify adenoviral infections, aiding in the timely management of conditions like colds and conjunctivitis.
Sickling Phenomenon
This blood test evaluates sickle cell disease by detecting sickle-shaped red blood cells under low-oxygen conditions. It helps identify patients with sickle cell anemia and is crucial for managing and treating the disease effectively.
Lipoprotein Fractionation
The test measures the levels of various types of lipoproteins in the blood, including LDL, HDL, and VLDL. This detailed analysis helps assess cardiovascular risk by providing a clearer picture of cholesterol distribution and identifying potential lipid imbalances.
Parvovirus B19 by PCR
It uses the real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method to detect the presence of Parvovirus B19 DNA in the blood, helping evaluate infections such as erythema infectiosum (fifth disease). It is useful in identifying the virus in patients with compromised immune systems or during pregnancy.
Carnitine [Serum]
The test measures the amount of carnitine in a patient's blood.
Chlamydia Trachomatis IgM
The test detects the presence of IgM antibodies against Chlamydia trachomatis, a bacterium that causes sexually transmitted infections and eye infections.
Chlamydia Trachomatis IgA
This blood test detects IgA antibodies specific to the Chlamydia trachomatis bacteria, which is responsible for chlamydia infections. The presence of these antibodies may indicate a current or recent infection, often used to evaluate persistent or chronic cases.
Pneumoslide IgM By IFA
It is a blood test that detects the presence of IgM antibodies specifically targeting Mycoplasma pneumoniae, a pathogen associated with atypical pneumonia. It is an immunofluorescence assay (IFA) used to evaluate the immune response to this infection.
