- NABL Accreditation: Our centralized laboratory is NABL Accredited, and follows stringent quality management norms with delta checks, assurances and internal testing.
- Dry Chemistry Based Technologies: Unlike most other leading NABL Accredited Pathology Labs in Lucknow, SIDC uses Dry Chemistry in most of its testing. Dry Chemistry is the most advanced technology from USA on a fully automated biochemistry platform giving quick, reliable, accurate, and consistent patient results. Clinicians rely on it to treat for better patient outcomes. It does not require external interventions like usage of a high amount of water or washing that eliminates these elements as potential sources of error. It uses a single disposable slide for every test with unique multi-layered Dry Slide Technology producing better precision & accuracy. It's main downside is that Dry chemistry has a higher cost and thus is more expensive to run, but at SIDC, we believe in serving the best, providing quality and world-class service at an affordable price ethically.
- Robotic Lab Automation: The implementation of VITROS Automation Solution for achieving Robotic Total Lab Automation for automated sample transfer between equipment, along with an automated decapper and conveyor belt (track automation), significantly mitigates human intervention in the lab further bolstering quality in processes.
- Internal Quality Controls (IQC): SIDC follows daily Internal Quality Control Checks in the laboratory across lab departments and divisions, because every results matters. APC-R (Activated Protein C Resistance)
The test measures the body's resistance to activated protein C, a natural anticoagulant that helps prevent blood clots.
Vitamin B5
This test measures the levels of pantothenic acid, also known as vitamin B5, in the blood
Factor V Functional
The test measures the levels of factor V, a protein essential for normal blood clotting.
Factor XII Functional
This blood test measures the activity level of Factor XII (FXII), also known as Hageman factor, a protein that plays a role in blood clotting, inflammation, and tissue repair.
Factor XI Functional
The test measures the activity level of Factor XI, a protein crucial for proper blood clotting.
Vitamin B2
The test measures the level of riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2, in the blood. This vitamin is essential for energy production, cell growth, and the metabolism of fats, drugs, and steroids.
Bordetella Pertussis IgG
The test detects the presence of IgG antibodies against Bordetella pertussis, the bacterium responsible for whooping cough.
Fecal Immunochemical Test - (FIT)
The fecal immunochemical test (FIT), also called an immunochemical fecal occult blood test (iFOBT), is a stool test that detects hidden blood in the stool, which may indicate the presence of colorectal cancer or precancerous polyps.
BNP-B-Type Natriutric Peptide
The test measures the levels of B-type Natriuretic Peptide (BNP) in the blood, a hormone produced by the heart in response to stress or stretching of the heart muscles. It helps determine or rule out heart failure in a person experiencing symptoms.
