- NABL Accreditation: Our centralized laboratory is NABL Accredited, and follows stringent quality management norms with delta checks, assurances and internal testing.
- Dry Chemistry Based Technologies: Unlike most other leading NABL Accredited Pathology Labs in Lucknow, SIDC uses Dry Chemistry in most of its testing. Dry Chemistry is the most advanced technology from USA on a fully automated biochemistry platform giving quick, reliable, accurate, and consistent patient results. Clinicians rely on it to treat for better patient outcomes. It does not require external interventions like usage of a high amount of water or washing that eliminates these elements as potential sources of error. It uses a single disposable slide for every test with unique multi-layered Dry Slide Technology producing better precision & accuracy. It's main downside is that Dry chemistry has a higher cost and thus is more expensive to run, but at SIDC, we believe in serving the best, providing quality and world-class service at an affordable price ethically.
- Robotic Lab Automation: The implementation of VITROS Automation Solution for achieving Robotic Total Lab Automation for automated sample transfer between equipment, along with an automated decapper and conveyor belt (track automation), significantly mitigates human intervention in the lab further bolstering quality in processes.

Anaerobic Pus Culture & Sensitivity
The test identifies the growth of anaerobic bacteria in pus samples, which thrive in low-oxygen environments. It helps evaluate infections in deep wounds and abscesses, determining the most effective antibiotics for treatment and guiding appropriate medical care.
Anaerobic Blood Culture & Sensitivity
The test helps identify anaerobic bacteria that thrive in environments without oxygen and determine their susceptibility to antibiotics. It aids in evaluating infections caused by these bacteria and guides effective treatment strategies.
Sperm DNA Fragmentation
The test measures the integrity of sperm DNA, identifying breaks or damage that can affect fertility and embryo development. Elevated levels of fragmentation may be associated with reduced sperm quality and potential challenges in achieving a successful pregnancy.
PDL1 22C3 Dako - Immunohistochemistry
The test evaluates the expression of the PD-L1 protein on tumor cells. This information helps assess the potential effectiveness of immune checkpoint inhibitors in cancer treatment, particularly in immunotherapy for various malignancies.
Thyroid Stimulating Immunoglobulin [TSI]
The test measures the amount the amount of thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulin (TSI) in the blood. Elevated levels of TSI in the blood are often indicative of the presence of Graves’ disease, an autoimmune disorder that affects the thyroid gland.
Cryptosporidium Antigen [Stool]
The test detects the presence of Cryptosporidium parasites in a stool sample. It is used to evaluate gastrointestinal infections caused by Cryptosporidium, which can lead to symptoms like diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea.
Cryptosporidium/Isospora Identification
The test detects Cryptosporidium and Isospora parasites in a stool sample. It helps evaluate infections caused by these protozoa, which can lead to gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal pain. A doctor may recommend this test if you have symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea, or watery diarrhea, or if you have HIV/AIDS and cancer.
Her-2 - Immunohistochemistry
The test measures the presence and quantity of the Her-2 protein on the surface of cancer cells. Elevated Her-2 levels are often linked to more aggressive breast cancer and help determine eligibility for targeted therapies aimed at this protein.
Cryoglobulin Estimation
This blood test looks for antibodies that solidify or gel when cooled. It is typically performed when a person shows symptoms that might suggest cryoglobulinemia, a rare condition where abnormal proteins called cryoglobulins clump together at low temperatures.
